3、投標人資格要求
投標人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:1）資質(zhì)要求：
A. 關(guān)境內(nèi)投標人應(yīng)提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照、組織機構(gòu)代碼證、稅務(wù)登記證或三證合一營業(yè)執(zhí)照等。關(guān)境外投標人應(yīng)提供有效的獨立法人證明。以證明投標人具有獨立法人資格。
B. 原油發(fā)電機組設(shè)備資質(zhì)：
原油發(fā)電機組應(yīng)為海上移動生產(chǎn)平臺或船用型，本FPSO為ABS和CCS雙船級，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)自行安排檢驗及相關(guān)工作，并取得相關(guān)證書。
2) 業(yè)績要求：
a) 投標人所選定的原油發(fā)電機組設(shè)備（滿足在11.5℃~45℃的工作環(huán)境下，發(fā)電機額定輸出功率至少達到5500kw）應(yīng)從2002年1月1日起至投標截止日（合同簽訂時間）至少有2臺套在海上油氣生產(chǎn)設(shè)施項目（鉆采平臺、浮式生產(chǎn)儲卸裝置、海上移動裝置）成功運行至少2年的業(yè)績。
b) 投標人所選定的輔機系統(tǒng)設(shè)備（原油分離撬、燃油增壓撬、原油循環(huán)撬、燃油過濾撬）制造商應(yīng)從2002年1月1日起至投標截止日（合同簽訂時間）至少有為2套海上原油發(fā)電機組配套過并成功運行2年以上的業(yè)績；
c) 投標人所選定的輔機系統(tǒng)設(shè)備（中央冷卻撬、滑油補給撬、滑油分離撬、滑油冷卻撬、啟動空氣撬、膨脹罐）制造商應(yīng)從2002年1月1日起至投標截止日（合同簽訂時間）至少有為2套海上柴油/原油發(fā)電機組配套過并成功運行2年以上的業(yè)績。
投標人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括但不限于：銷售合同復(fù)印件（含合同封面和簽字頁，供貨范圍/工作范圍描述頁，原油主機及配套輔機設(shè)備相關(guān)的技術(shù)附件等關(guān)鍵頁面，原件備查）和用戶簽字的成功運行證明文件或用戶簽發(fā)的臨時接受證書或第三方船級社簽字的調(diào)試記錄報告。無法提供證明材料的業(yè)績?yōu)闊o效業(yè)績。
3) 質(zhì)量要求：制造商應(yīng)提供ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認證證書，且證書在有效期內(nèi)。
