高速透氣閥用于液貨船密封艙,在裝載、航行、壓載和卸載時,不用任何手動方式,自動控制液貨艙內(nèi)的壓力,防止貨油艙超壓或真空。此外,還可在甲板上提供防火、防爆的自動保護(hù)。貨油艙出現(xiàn)的壓力或真空被施加在出氣或吸氣閥盤上,超過設(shè)定壓力時,正壓閥能自動打開排氣,負(fù)壓閥自動打開吸氣,當(dāng)艙內(nèi)外壓差被減少到原設(shè)定水平時,閥盤將瞬間自動復(fù)位。負(fù)壓閥工作時(即吸氣時),如果艙室外面發(fā)生火花,火花將在負(fù)壓閥的防火網(wǎng)上熄滅;正壓閥工作時,如果艙外有火花,火花將被正壓閥噴出的高速氣流吹離或吹滅。
The high velocity valve is installed on the liquid cargo ship and provides automatic control of pressure differential during loading,voyage,ballasting and de-ballasting without manual operation.Furthermore,the high velocity valve provides automatically fire proof and explosions proof on the deck.When the pressure of the cargo tank imposed on the disc exceeds the preset level,the pressure/vacuum valve will automatically open to exhaust or suction gas.When the vacuum valve is working,the flames out of the tank will be quenched in the flame trap.When the pressure valve works,the flame will be quenched by the high velocity airflow from the pressure valve.
