500m飽和潛水系統(tǒng)的設備配置 Equipment Configuration of 500m Saturation Diving System 1) 本系統(tǒng)為500米深度24人飽和潛水系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)由雙潛水鐘SDC及其潛鐘收放系統(tǒng)LARS、四臺飽和潛水居住艙DDC主艙及過渡艙、兩臺高壓轉接艙HTC-TUP、雙逃生艇SPHL組成。潛水氣體使用氦氧混合氣。 The 500m Saturation Diving System shall be a 500m depth rated, 24 man saturation diving system. The system shall be composed of 2 sets of Submersible Diving Chambers (SDC) and their Launch and Recover Systems (LARS), 4 sets of Deck Decompression Chambers (DDC) including Main Lock (ML) & Entry Lock (EL), 2 sets of Hyperbaric Transfer Chambers (HTC-TUP), 2 sets of Self Propelled Hyperbaric Lifeboats (SPHL). Heliox mixture gas is diving operation gas. 2) 該系統(tǒng)為移動式飽和潛水系統(tǒng)，兩套潛鐘分別從各自的潛水月池下水。 The 500m saturation diving system shall be a mobile diving system. 2 sets of diving bell will be launched from 2 moon pools on the vessel. 3) 該系統(tǒng)也可拆分為兩套獨立作業(yè)的飽和潛水模塊（兩套模塊為左右布置，未拆分前，兩個潛水模塊間可高壓下聯(lián)通）。在設計上，每套模塊還應適應模塊作業(yè)方向旋轉90度的要求，即：潛水鐘可實施舷側下水。每個模塊的潛水定員為12人。 The 500m saturation diving system shall also be disassembled into 2 independent saturation diving modules. (The modules shall be arranged transversely, port side and starboard side onboard of New Type DSV. Two diving modules shall be connected under designed pressure). The module shall be suitable for the diving with a 90 degrees rotation on the main diving direction, which means that SDC shall be also launched by ‘over-side’ mode. The module shall be a 12 man saturation diving system. 4) 在綜合考慮設備尺寸和重量前提下，設計上可對該系統(tǒng)進行進一步合理分解。單體吊重須控制在400噸以下。 In consideration of large dimension and heavy weight of whole diving system, reasonable divide of system into separate blocks is needed, but the lifting load of single block shall be limited to no larger than 400 tons. 5) 高壓艙室，包括潛水鐘,飽和潛水居住艙DDC、高壓轉接艙HTC-TUP和高壓逃生艇的最大居住深度都為500海水米。對接通道和遞物筒的工作深度為500海水米。 All chambers including SDC, DDC, HTC-TUP & SPHL shall be designed with storage depth rated to 500msw, and the working depth of transfer trunk, medical and material locks is also designed to 500msw. 6) 每套潛水鐘可容納3名潛水員，配置潛水氣體回收系統(tǒng)，滿足2名作業(yè)潛水員的潛水呼吸氣體回收。潛水鐘SDC最大可安全下放到530海水米。 SDC shall be a 3 man bell, gas reclaim system shall be fitted for 2 excursion divers. SDC shall be safely diving to maximum depth of 530msw. 7) 潛鐘收放系統(tǒng)LARS系統(tǒng)兩套，每套均配置潛鐘升沉補償系統(tǒng)及潛鐘出入水導向系統(tǒng)。 2 sets of LARS, each one is fitted with heave compensate equipment, cursor and guide rail system. 8) 飽和潛水居住艙DDC 4臺，每艙配置床鋪分別為9、6、9、6個，總飽和居住人數24人。飽和潛水居住艙DDC應采用雙艙四門或獨立艙的形式組成居住主艙ML和過渡艙EL，設計上應充分考慮艙室底板及死角保養(yǎng)容易、不易腐蝕的要求。 4 sets of DDCs, DDC’s bunk is configuring as 9,6,9,6 bunks separately. The man occupy capacity of whole system shall be no more than 24 divers. The main locks and entry locks shall be 4 doors twin-lock or 2 separate locks. On chamber designing, consideration shall be given to minimize dead space and corrosion, easy to maintain. 9) 高壓轉接艙HTC-TUP 2臺，分別與4臺居住艙DDC的過渡艙相連，并分別各對接一套潛水鐘。潛鐘SDC與高壓轉接艙HTC-TUP側向對接。 2 Hyperbaric Transfer Chambers (HTC-TUP) shall connect to 4 entry locks and 2 diving bells (SDC). The mating method of the diving bell (SDC) to HTC-TUP shall be side mating. 10) 配置兩條高壓逃生艇SPHL，船舶左右舷各一艘，單艘至少滿足18人高壓逃生。（以現有最大艇殼，配備相應的逃生艙及乘員方案為優(yōu)先選擇）。 2 sets of self-propelled hyperbaric life boats(SPHL) on port side and starboard side, each one shall be able to accommodating 18 man（The priority selection will be the existing maximum hull size with a proportional chamber and passengers）. 11) 配置強有力的外循環(huán)形式環(huán)境控制系統(tǒng)。 Powerful external circuit environment control system. 12) 配置適合500海水米潛水深度、大勞動強度使用的潛水員呼吸裝具及應急呼吸裝具6套，配置熱水服10套。 6 sets of 500m rated diving breathing apparatus which shall be satisfy of the heavy diving work at 500msw depth. 6 sets of 500m depth rated emergency breathing apparatus. 10 sets of hot water suit.
3、投標人資格要求
投標人應具備的資格或業(yè)績:資格標準：
?。?）制造商必須有交付450海水米級別海用型飽和潛水系統(tǒng)的實際業(yè)績，且交付的系統(tǒng)須取得了DNV，Lloyd，ABS任何一家船級社的入級證書。（投標書應附合同復印件或最終用戶聲明）
?。?）如果投標人提供貨物產地為中華人民共和國關境外。一旦中標，投標人必須是與買方簽訂本項目外貿合同的簽約方。如投標人不具備與買方簽訂外貿合同的能力，將廢除其投標。（說明：招標中必須誰投標、誰中標、誰簽合同，不能甲投標，乙簽合同。）
