WX系列離心旋渦泵
概述Overview
WX系列為離心旋渦泵。 第一級(jí)工作輪為離心式，第二級(jí)工作輪為旋渦式的兩級(jí)懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)。泵的進(jìn)口為軸向水平方向，出口為垂直向上。離心葉輪用葉輪螺母固定在軸上，而旋渦葉輪可在軸上沿軸向自由移動(dòng)，以保證旋渦葉輪與泵體、泵蓋之間的軸向間隙兩側(cè)相等，允許用紙墊調(diào)整間隙，泵和電動(dòng)機(jī)合裝在共同底座上。軸封可采用軟填料密封,也可采用機(jī)械密封, 裝拆方便；整泵結(jié)構(gòu)為軸對(duì)稱,通用化, 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高, 因此安裝, 運(yùn)行, 維護(hù)都十分方便；適用于輸送溫度不高于+150℃，粘度不大于5°E，無(wú)腐蝕性的，無(wú)固體顆粒的液體。
